Mamun Monowar      
Mr. Mamun Monowar is working in the Corporate Sector of Bangladesh for about 22 years. He has grown up mainly in FMCG Industry in his career. His core expertise is in the field of Strategic Business Planning, Brand Management, Sales and Distribution, Back Office Factory Operation, and in transformational leadership. 

Mr. Mamun held leading positions and played vital roles in several organizations like Partex Group as Brand Manager, Finlay Tea as Brand Manager (Head of Marketing Dept), Golden Harvest Group as Head of Marketing, served as Chief Operating Office in Paragon Group and in BRAC Social Enterprises. Mr. Mamun joined in KK Foundation (An Social Business Concern of X Index Companies) in January, 2020 as Chief Operating Officer.

He received professional training from Toyota Motor Plants on ‘Total Quality Management’ and ‘Production Management’ in Japan in the year 2013 and 2017 respectively. Also obtained training in National Soybean Research Laboratory of University of Illinois, USA and DuPont Nutrition and Health Headquarters, St. Luis, USA on processed foods industry in the year 2015. 

He also obtained training in brand management under the guidance of Indian Brand Guru Mr. Sumit Roy, Founder Director, Univbrands, India. Received training on strategic business management by Mr. Upaul Majumder, Director, Upgrade Management Services Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi, India and by Mr. Sanjiv Mehta, Former Chairman & MD, Unilever, Bangladesh on the effectiveness of the financial application of strategic proposition in business management.

Mr. Mamun is an MBA (Marketing). He attended in various Workshops, Seminars & Television Programs on business issues.

Mr. Mamun is engaged with various social clubs and professional Associations and holding the Life Membership of Bangladesh AOTS-HIDA Alumni Society (BAAS), Life Member of Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM), Life Member of Tea Planters Club of Bangladesh, Member of Dhaka Ad Club, Member of World Poultry Science Association (WAPSA), Member of Bangladesh Yoga Association, Member of Nurserymen Association of Bangladesh etc.
